I am a User Researcher.
I help companies understand their users’ perspective and minimise the risk of working on the wrong or unusable products
I research how products fit users’ daily tasks and goals. I identify the needs and pain points of users. I spot usability issues in prototypes and collect feedback on products. I make sure the copy of the product matches the language of its users, and that design ideas fit users’ mental models. I ask Who? When? How? Why? Tell me more about… I also ask How many? How often? How would you rate this?
I have experience in both generative and evaluative research and I strongly believe in mixing qualitative and quantitative methods.
My secret sauce are B2B data products - I truly enjoy helping users who work with data, be it Data Engineers, Scientists, Analyst or Business Users. I also specialise in data-informed discovery, early concept testing, and translating complex research findings into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
I enjoy working in international environments. Since 2008, I have lived, worked and studied away from my native country, Poland. I worked in Scotland, England, Iceland and I am currently based in Germany.
